We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and information on this website are accurate. Because many of our items are natural stones or handmade creations, slight variations in colour, shape, size and appearance may occur.

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices, availability or discontinue products at any time.

Natural crystals and stones are unique. Variations, natural inclusions, markings, colour differences and imperfections are part of their natural appearance and are not necessarily defects.

Handmade items may also contain small variations due to their individual creation.

By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been successfully received.

Aura Rainy reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where there is a genuine issue with payment, availability, pricing or an obvious listing error. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be processed.

All prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Once an order has been handed to the chosen delivery service, Aura Rainy is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Natural stones and crystals may contain inclusions, variations, fractures, colour differences and other natural characteristics. Handmade products may have minor variations between individual pieces.

These characteristics are part of the nature of handmade and natural products.

Tarot and oracle readings are provided for entertainment, personal reflection and spiritual guidance.
