Processing times
Each Aura Rainy order is carefully packed and prepared before being shipped.
Most orders will be processed within 2–5 business days. Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted in the product listing where applicable.
During busy periods, launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping within Australia
Aura Rainy ships orders within Australia. See the International shipping section below for details on international delivery.
Available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.
Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service used. Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Aura Rainy is not responsible for delays caused by postal or delivery services, severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control. If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact me and I will help where I can.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to Aura Rainy because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required before the order can be sent again.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Aura Rainy as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and item so the issue can be assessed.
Your consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this shipping policy.
International shipping
Aura Rainy ships internationally to selected countries at a flat rate of $20.00 AUD using Standard international delivery.
Countries we currently ship to: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
